You may kiss the bride

As everyone knows, betting in England is passionate.
How long the bridal kiss lasts is a matter of high stakes in the betting offices at royal weddings.

The famous balcony kiss between Diana and Charles was watched by some 750 million viewers on 29 June 1981.
Their lips touched for almost half a second.

William and Kate also kissed on the balcony.
The first one lasted just 0.7 seconds, followed by a second wedding kiss which lasted 1.1 seconds.

Prince Harry kissed Meghan in front of the church doors, so new bets are probably running on when the next royal kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace will follow.

You will kiss at your wedding, at your ceremony as well.
The Wedding Kiss as the crowning touch to the ceremony.
No kiss is planned or contemplated in the Catholic wedding ceremony.
Of course, you can talk to your priest and tell him your personal wishes and ideas.

I like the variation that the wedding celebrant also announces the wedding kiss.
Not all your wedding guests will follow the ceremony attentively.
With the friendly hint that you may kiss the bride now, the magic moment is announced.

Wedding guests, wedding photographer and wedding videographer are ready for the wedding kiss.

Kiss-proof lipstick or lip gloss?
